Why is she frail? That is, what kind of illness or impairments does she have? Does she have mobility issues? Use a cane, walker, or wheelchair?
Your profile says she is depressed. Is she being treated for that? Do you think it is the depression that is keeping her at home?
When you say she won't leave the house, do you mean she won't go shopping, come to visit you, go to the dentist, etc.?
Tell us a little more about your situation, and what kind of advice or help you'd like.
