What are the best cognitive performance supplements or medications for elderly women? How can I get my mom's provider to write a script?

Good luck getting a doctor to write a script for a supplement. It's sad, but few will.
From what I know, liquids are better absorbed than pills and vitamin D as well as antioxidants are highly recommended. Also, fish oil.
