I am having a TERRIBLE time finding a Home Health Aide in D.C. My husband has been approved under the Waiver Program

My aunt has an Ohio Waiver. The group has a list of agencies they use for caregivers. She gets her from Easter Seals. They screen them, assign them, check up on them, and get rid of them if necessary. It's their responsibility to send someone else when one quits or whatever. In addition to Easter Seals, I about three or four agencies from which to choose. I chose Easter Seals because I had dealt with them previously for equipment.
