Mom's in a nursing home and on medicare, the children have POA. Can she gift any of her savings to them?
The children have power of attorny.. can my mother "gift" any of her savings to them??

If she's on Medicaid, or going to go onto Medicaid, probably not. They will look at her finances for the last 5 years. For advice, try your local council on aging. Maybe she can pay them for actual services.
