What if family members put cars and things on my credit cards and then refuse to pay them?

How did they manage to make purchases on your credit card? If you gave them permission or charged things for them with the agreement that they would pay you back and they are not living up to that agreement, you may take them to small claims court to try to force them to repay what they had agreed to.

If they used your credit without your knowledge and authorization, that is theft and you may want to press charges.

No one can charge on your card without your approval. If you approved these charges, then you are responsible.

If you card was stolen, you need to call the police and file a report so they can be arrested for theft/forgery and your accounts can be settled.

How can they use your credit card unless you gave authority to credit card company for them to do so. I'd call my credit card co now and get them off before more harm is done.
