What agency do I contact about a missing VA disability award deposit?

For 2014, Deposits from JAN to SEP were made. My bank returned OCT deposit due to wrong account number. Treasury made no attempt to make a NOV deposit. One of two missing deposits was made good 11/06. One deposit is still missing.
