What are the new regulations in the State of Michigan on Medicaid irrevocable trusts?

There was a comment from Suevez on the article "4 Key Things to Know about Trusts and Medicaid Planning" that was in the Feb 11th newsletter. Would like to hear more on this Michigan issue. I understand that Michigan has redefined it's laws.
