Can being POA for dying mother-in-law and dealing with hospice care allow me for Family and Medical Leave Act in CA?
Poa. maybe different. I know in laws do not qualify but with medical.

POA does not affect FMLA law. The degree of relative is what counts. In-laws are not blood relatives, nor is this person a member of the household.
