Will my Medicare part B and D pay for life alert or similar device for me?

I'm 51 disabled fall alot broke my neck in 2011 the doctors didn't find it for a yr. Or more . Crushed c5 &c6 surgery in 2012. Now my gait is off . I do fall often can I get help?
