Baby talking?

My Mother didn't have Alzheimers or dementia but many times throughout her illnesses and death,she would act or even talk babyish and when I would give her a drink,she'd hold my hand like a baby.And really,she was my baby and I was the Mother bird at her end.I fed her,I changed her,I doctored her,you name it...just like a baby.And she had 2 stuffed bunnies she wanted to hold and sleep with too.She'd been through SO much and I was SO lucky to have her with me at all,so I just went along with it and I think it's pretty normal for older,sick people to go back to being babyish and becoming more needy.I know my Mom was scared.(I was too).......Hang in there Crazyinaz.......Take care.........
