Can Mom receive any of deceased Dad's VA check if she is on Medicaid and lives with me?
My dad passed away & my mom receives his SS check.

Are you referring to her getting his VA checks or his SS checks? Has no one notified SS that he's deceased, or are you referring to the amount she gets as his spouse?

If he had a VA pension, he would have had to agree to take it with survivor's benefits.
