What are the signs of caregiver burnout?

How does one know if they are experiencing burnout or depression? I have been caring for an 88 year old dad for about 10 years now. I give him a complete bed bath everyday, dress him, walk him to his chair, clean up after his bath and set up for the evening. Then I get him something to eat and feed it to him since he has a swallowing problem (dysphagia). After this, I help him with a bathroom break. Then it's off to work on stuff like bills, phone calls, etc. Then feed him again. Then maybe there will be an hour or so before bed. About 10 o'clock I get him ready for bed. No time for anything else. We have an aide for three hours on Wednesday but this is when I grocery shop or run errands. I am trying to figure out how to make changes so I can at least get some other things done that have been waiting for maybe years. I am overwhelmed as to whether I am burned out or depressed. Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you.
