Where to find a service to drive my mother to the doctors and dances at the Senior Center

Uber - consider developing a relationship with local uber driver that you can work with on mom's needs and assistance to get to a from.
Senior Center - often have bus service where they will pick up and return elders to/from home for senior center activities.
Church - many churches provide such volunteer services to drive elder to doctor appts.
