There's been a dispute between the family and my partner whom is not a guardian. Is there anything we can do?

A Guardian is appointed by a Judge. Any complaints against the guardian should be submitted to the judge, in writing.

I see from your profile you are caring for your Mother?   Is she the reason there is a dispute regarding her care?   Are you the guardian, or is someone else?    What is the dispute?   What are health issues of the elder?  Is Mom living with you, or with someone else?   Or in senior care?
