Best bet is to call your local Agency on Aging to see if there are any elder care support groups.
I live in a large metro area and none existed mainly because caregivers cannot get away for the time needed to go to a support group, or find someone to fill in while they were out, etc.
Now, if you are caring for someone who has Alzheimer's, I have seen support groups that are available, check the Alzheimer's website or the Agency on Aging might also know when and where.
