Is there a mediator in Glasgow area for my brother and I to resolve issues? We have a narcissistic mother who is 91 and now has dementia.

I would like to find someone who my brother will agree can act as mediator as we have been experiencing conflict over PoA. If that person was aware of narcissistic relationship between mother and daughter and how it can affect family dynamics would be very helpful.
