Yes, more information would be helpful. If the parents are actually on active duty, that might make a difference.

Williams, may I ask by the Grandmother is taking care of twin grandbabies? How old is the grandmother, as she could easily be in her 40's or in her 80's which makes a difference. More information would be helpful :)

Were either of the parents Veterans? Assistance may turn on that issue.
I take it neither of the parents are involved in caring for the babies?
