Bed wetting; how to not have to change and wash sheets everyday?

Use washable bed pads on top of the fitted sheet. This is what they use in the nursing home. Even 2 next to each other for more coverage. Buy a few and just throw them in the wash. There also are disposable bed pads as well but a new one every day will get expensive over time. I’m assuming the person is already using a night time pull-up?
