It could mean different things, my first thought is that the Radiologist decided that a MRI was not needed because the CT either gave your Dr the answer he/she needed or/and that a MRI was just not needed. This could be a good sign. If you are worry about the results than talk to your Dr. The Radiologist is competent to make that decision. He/she has the orders from your Dr and knows what your Dr is looking for.
She said it was a technician that made the decision, where I live, you don't ever see the radiologist, you deal with techs. You are lucky if you are seeing the radiologist.
