I find that places like General Dollar and Family Dollar are cheaper than grocery stores. I have a weekly flea market I go to. I get my shampoo 1/2 of what I pay at regular stores.
if you are on medicaid then you need to contact your caseworker, in order to get these kind of supplies through Medicaid you will probably need a doctors prescription & have to go through a medical supply.
Is he/she on Medicaid. I would try there if he/she is. Check with Homecare Agencies. They may get donations and would be glad to give u some. Some homecare has Hospice. Since Medicare supplies diapers and wipes for Hospice patients, what is left over maybe donated. Otherwise its shopping at BIG warehouses like BJs and Costco. Or finding the cheapist places and using coupons.
