Where are the cheapest shops that sell elderly care products?

Peach, what type of items are you looking for? If it is everything in general, I found two good catalogs "Gold Violin" and "First Street". But I wasn't price shopping as when I found something just right, I jumped on it.

What I liked about these two places, if nothing was ordered after a year or so, the catalogs stopped. Now, I don't know if they ship worldwide.
