Right under your post are links to support group information, caregiver support and Alzheimer’s & Dementia. You might find that helpful as well. Also check to see if you have a senior center near by. My cousin takes her parents there everyday for lunch. You will meet other seniors in your area who will have information and they may have classes that would be helpful. The AAA Old Sailor mentioned could tell you where a senior center is located. Welcome to the forum.
You can just do a search for support groups in your area. Contact the local area department on aging, or a church. Some physicians have lists or knowledge of different support groups, as do many hospitals.
