I need much better pull ups / diapers. Any suggestions?

They have the sanitary pads that are supposed to hold more fluid.. You can add that to any pullup. They are made for incontinence so they should help.

It would be helpful if you could be more specific about what improvement you are looking for. Are your current ones leaky? Ill-fitting? Causing a reaction to your skin? Uncomfortable? Odorous?
