Are there problems with the medication Cipro?

Cipro has some problems due to a rare but serious side effect. You can look this up on google or another search engine. Doctors are increasingly hesitant to order it because of this. In truth, some (I am one) do not react well with a "cure" with UTI/Kidney infection with much else other than Cipro. I have not had problems with this condition since starting D-Mannose, but if I did get it back I would be on Cipro. I think the important thing is to check on the side effects and understand risks. ALL the fluroquinolones can cause tendon rupture and tendonitis. Discuss with your doctor.
