What do I do when family will not take care of their mother and she has no income at all?

You need to elaborate on the situation to get any kind of real help. A 49 year old should be taking care of themselves, so what is actually going on?

I read your post 6x and it still doesn't make sense. Move out and get your own place if you're unhappy with whatever the current situation is.

Sorry, but I think you have left things out. Are you a roommate? The 65 and 49 yr old are not married, roommates? And you find you have to support her? She's 49, why is she not working?

Really need more info on what your relationship to these people is. You'd get better answers. If you don't want to care for these two, call APS (Adult Protection Serves). APS should find resources for these people.
