Westchester in like PA. If so, I live across the river in NJ.
Does Mom have Dementia, if so she will go back to her first language. Saw it in Moms NH. A lady had owned a local restaurant and now cannot speak English.
I find with Italians (2 Italian Aunts) the first generation maybe able to speak it but the second are not taught. None of my cousins speak it. It may be hard finding someone. As suggested, start with a Catholic Church. Office of Aging maybe able to help.

Call Catholic Charities of Westchester and the Atra Agency on Aging for the County as well.
