Thanksgiving update for FIL & BadCopDIL.

I know it's been a long time since my last post to this community but I wanted to give a status update on my FIL. My sister in law came from up north & stayed with us for a while & took FIL with her. We now feel safe in our own home, we are praying & hoping that the stay will become permanent. He has traumatized the entire family, even his own 3 kids. I still don't understand how DIL was talked into taking him as she has ignored him for the last 8 years. FIL doesn't like me because I don't smoke or drink & I'm invisible to him. We do not have the best relationship. I apparently have Leprosy. He avoids all contact with me & the kids. He only speaks with his son, a house full of people & we are not good enough to talk to. I don't miss him, there's no more piss to clean up from behind the toilet since he left.
