Find Care & Housing
Let's say you want to move her to memory care and she refuses. If two MD's certify that she is no longer competent, you should be able to move her without having to resort to Guardianship. Those letters also prevent her from revoking your DPOA and giving it to someone else in a snit of rage.

helpingmom - Wondering why you are asking. With severe Alz those documents should be enough. However Pam's suggestion is good.
